Theft Caused This Water Damage

When one of our commercial maintenance managers called us, we responded immediately. Their facility was dealing with a water damage that affected a 2,500 square foot area. Someone had damaged a water line to the coffee maker and this interrupted use of a common area for hundreds of residents.

 SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus, responded early on a Sunday morning to help extract water and set up drying equipment for proper remediation.  Some baseboards were removed to speed up the drying process and residents were able to use the area in a few days.
