Sump Pump Back Up In Columbus Basement

Our SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus Team was called out to this local Columbus home to access the water damage from a sump pump back up. It may not be very noticeable in the picture to the top left, but there was a significant amount damage to the carpet in this basement.

Our highly trained technicians were on site immediately to access the water damage and start the mitigation process. Our SERVPRO Team started by moving the affected contents and removing the affected carpet. As you can see in the picture to the top left, the carpet had to be removed, it was unable to be saved. After the carpet was removed, our Team sprayed antimicrobial and set equipment to start the drying process.
