Fire Damaged Bathroom

A faulty bathroom fan caused a fire damage in this Pickerington home. Our office scheduled a production manager to estimate the loss. The production manager explained the remediation process and costs with our home owner.

The damage drywall was removed, and the remaining drywall and framing were sealed with an oil-based hybrid stain blocker to sealed for odor control. Our construction team replaced the damage drywall and painted the walls and woodwork.
