Frozen Pipe In Westerville Home

Our SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus team was called out to this Westerville home for emergency services due to a frozen pipe that had burst. Water from the burst pipe affected the basement hallway, bathroom and living room. Upon arriving, our hardworking crew got right to work removing the affected carpet pad and putting drying equipment in place. The water damage was so extensive that it caused the ceiling above to cave in, as you can see in the picture on the left.

Our construction team did a fabulous job replacing the affected ceiling and getting these customer's home back to preloss condition.
