Condo Fire Damage

SERVPRO responded quickly to this fire by meeting the adjuster on site to scope the loss. All levels of this condo in Canal Winchester were affected by fire and smoke damage. It was necessary to remove the attic insulation to eliminate the strong smoke odor. Several areas in this condo required the drywall to be removed. The construction team replaced the drywall, then sealed and painted the walls. The carpet in this family room was removed and replaced. Our construction team also had to replace the tub, shower pan and surround in the bathroom. The customer was very happy with their newly remolded condo.
