SERVPRO® Offices Unite for a Cause: Making a Difference Through Food Donation Drive

In the heart of our community, SERVPRO's South, Licking, and North Columbus offices have demonstrated once again their unwavering commitment to making a difference. Participating in a local food donation drive, our teams rallied together with incredible spirit, showcasing the power of unity and compassion. The collective efforts of our Licking and South Columbus teams resulted in an impressive donation of 699 pounds of food, while our North office contributed a generous 637 pounds. But the spirit of giving didn't stop there.

Understanding the profound impact of this initiative, SERVPRO has taken a step further by matching $1 for every pound donated, bringing the total contribution to a remarkable $1,336. This gesture not only doubles the impact of the original donations but also reinforces our dedication to supporting and uplifting our local communities in times of need.

This food donation drive is a testament to the values that lie at the core of SERVPRO's mission—compassion, service, and community. By coming together to support this cause, our offices have not only provided essential assistance to those in need but have also set an inspiring example of how businesses can play a pivotal role in fostering community well-being.

The American Red Cross reminds us to Turn and Test on November 6

Great Advice from American Red Cross!

Did you know:

• Every day 7 people die in the United States due to a home fire
• You have two minutes- that 120 seconds – to escape a home fire
• On an annual average, the Ohio Buckeye Region of the Red Cross responds to over 3 home fires per day in our 45 counties!

The American Red Cross cares about your safety and encourages you to test your smoke alarms and replace your batteries as needed.  This is a lifesaving action of our Home Fire Preparedness Campaign, which rallies communities across the country to protest people from these every day disasters.

Home Fires are the most significant disaster our Ohio Buckeye Region faces. So this Sunday, November 6, we encourage you to TURN and TEST!

SERVPRO is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The National Breast Cancer Foundations's mission is to help woman now by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.

Continental Building Systems golf outing benefited the 2nd and Seven Foundations. Great cause that promotes reading by providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward.
