Just a Little Trickle

Water can be devastating and very damaging to a commercial property or a residential home. This loss was from a commercial customer that discovered a defective bathroom facility and flooded the second floor. The tenant let the facilities manager know, and by the time they got on site, a slow overflowing trickle flooded an adjoining room with this much standing water. It was not anybody’s fault, and was not due to negligence, but very damaging and devastating. The crew began extraction and set equipment to reverse water damage and take care of the issue. With water, as in any disaster, timing is critical.
